Alex Weaver – Development Conveyancer

Background

Alex started her legal career in 2004 working in a real estate team of a large Birmingham law firm. Following a short hiatus from the law between 2008 to 2012, she continued to gain experience in conveyancing, specialising in plot sales, part exchange and site setup. She recently gained experience by working in-house for a large national PLC housebuilder.

Expertise

She is pleased to be progressing in her career as part of our development team alongside Director Matthew Roach. Alex deals with land purchases and sales, as well as deeds of grant, infrastructure agreements, and new build site set up for our developer clients.

Alex is also pursuing a CILEx qualification and hopes to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in the not-too-distant future.  

In his spare time…

Alex is a keen cook and enjoys flicking through recipe books and magazines. She enjoys live music and socialising with family and friends.

You may not know this but…

Alex originates from Cornwall and loves to take her young family (and their tent) to the Southwest as often as possible.
