Samir Gulfaz – Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Background

 Samir completed his Law Degree at the University of Law in 2019 and went on to complete his LPC and Masters in 2020. He has worked in conveyancing from the age of 18 alongside his studies. During this time Samir has had the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and qualified as a solicitor with a large conveyancing firm where he managed a varied caseload and a small team in their residential department.

Expertise

Samir strives to go beyond the call of duty for all clients and believe communication is key to his role. He has worked with first-time buyers, investors, companies, and home movers. His experience includes managing freehold sales and purchases, leasehold transactions/extensions, unregistered transactions, transfers of equity, refinancing, and buy-to-lets.
