Paul Griffiths – Director

Background

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1982 after graduating in Law from Cambridge University and has for many years specialised in commercial litigation. He acts for a wide range of commercial clients, particularly in the financial services and property sectors.

Paul is the Head of our Litigation Department.

Paul brings nearly four decades of specialist expertise in litigation, including professional negligence, commercial disputes, contentious landlord and tenant issues, and complex contractual and property matters. He has represented both large corporations and private individuals in civil courts and alternative dispute resolution forums throughout his distinguished career.

In his spare time…

In his spare time Paul enjoys playing golf, strumming the guitar and entertaining his grandchildren. He is also a fan of Aston Villa FC.

Paul is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and sits as a Deputy District Judge
