Experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor

Walker Solicitors are currently considering applications for an experienced Solicitor/FCILEx to deal with all aspects of private client work including wills and probate matters, POAs and creation of and administration of trusts.

The successful candidate would be taking over a retiring Director’s current caseload and expected to progress those matters with little overall supervision whilst also developing and expanding the department in line with the Firm’s overall strategic growth and development plans.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 5 years PQE. STEP qualification would be desirable however we are also happy to support any candidate in achieving STEP should they prove that they share our growth and development plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join the Firm and develop the department as either a director or for those aspiring to become a director if they can demonstrate they are committed to the future growth and development of the department and the Firm overall.
