Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

November 2025

Due to expansion within the firm Walker Solicitors are currently considering applications for a commercial property solicitor or conveyancer to join our expanding team. The role will encompass a whole range of commercial property activities with an emphasis on commercial leaseholds.      

Your responsibilities will include managing your own full caseload from inception to completion, dealing directly with clients, lenders and agents and developing and networking to generate new work.

Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

November 2025

Walker Solicitors are currently considering applications for a residential property solicitor or conveyancer to join our expanding team. The role will encompass a whole range of residential property activities including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build, right to buy, shared ownership and lease extensions.          

Your responsibilities will include managing your own full caseload from inception to completion, dealing directly with clients, lenders and agents and developing and networking to generate new work.

Experienced Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing

November 2025

Due to expansion within the firm, Walker Solicitors are currently considering applications for a full-time experienced legal secretary to join our busy residential conveyancing department.
The successful candidate can look forward to assisting the team on administrative and transactional tasks, including working closely with fee earners to open matters, raise searches, update clients and relevant third parties, and general administration/assistance within the Conveyancing Department.
