What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Do you offer fixed fees?
Yes. We offer fixed fees for most of our services as we believe that it is important that you know from the start how much you will need to pay, as this will be one less thing for you to worry about.

Do you carry out home visits?
Yes. If you are unable to attend at our office then we may offer a home visit by prior arrangement.

Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. Our office has wheelchair access.

Can I instruct you if I live outside of Walsall?
Yes. We advise clients based throughout the UK.

Who should I contact if I have a complaint?
If something goes wrong and/or you are not happy we would like you to tell us about it as soon as possible.
