Site set up / Plot Sales

We have a dedicated plot sales team and can assist with both shared ownership and open market plot sales. We understand the importance of a comprehensive legal pack to minimise enquires from purchasers’ solicitors and will work with your officers to ensure this is available at the point of sale.

Funding and Security (Charging)

Our dedicated funding and security team will work thoroughly and efficiently to satisfy the requirements of both your lender and your executive board at any scale of the funding transaction.

Leasehold/Right to Buy

Whether it is lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, Right to Buy, or any other high-volume transactions, we have the expertise and resource to assist.  We can also offer training sessions to your in-house teams on matters such as statutory lease extensions pursuant to the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 where time is of the essence and delays can prove costly.
