With the firm from the very beginning, Karen has been an essential member of the team throughout it all. Ensuring the financial stability through the 2008 financial crash & the pandemic, to offering practical leadership as the firm continues to thrive and grow.

A member of the ILFM, Karen is very well versed in legal finance procedures, she has guided our team with SRA Accounts Rules compliance since day one. A valued member of our senior management team, Karen offers grounded advice to ensure the firms development plans are achievable and quantifiable.

In her spare time…

Karen is a keen musician and plays saxophone and clarinet for a local Big Band. Getting the musical gene from her banjo playing dad she is a member of Stafford Jazz Society where she escapes to most Sundays.. apart from when Premier League switches to a Sunday and watching football with the rest of the family sometimes gets priority!

You may not know this but . . .

Karen once played clarinet at The Royal Festival Hall but is much more comfortable playing locally.
