We are delighted to announce that Rebecca Turner and Matthew Roach have been appointed as equity partners to Walker Solicitors. This is reflective of the firm continuing to go from strength to strength; recording 20% growth in the last financial year.

About the new equity partners

Rebecca Turner is head of the Residential Conveyancing team. Rebecca also sits on the Board and is the lead in the firm’s commitment to delivering the best possible employee experience. Rebecca specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing having started with the firm 14 years ago as an estate agent, Rebecca qualified via the CILEx route and is a Chartered Legal Executive.

Matthew Roach is head of our Residential Development team. Matthew, also a Board member has been acting for house builders and Housing Associations of all sizes since 2005 and specialises in all aspects of development, land acquisitions / disposals and construction contracts.  Matthew mainly focuses on medium and large partnerships developers acting as a linchpin between the acquisition, sub sale and construction contract element.
