Walker Solicitors is proud to announce the launch of a new Commercial and Property Litigation department, led by the highly respected and vastly experienced Paul Griffiths, who joins the firm as Consultant Director.

Admitted as a solicitor in 1982 after reading Law at Cambridge University, Paul brings nearly four decades of specialist expertise in litigation, including professional negligence, commercial disputes, contentious landlord and tenant issues, and complex contractual and property matters. He has represented both large corporations and private individuals in civil courts and alternative dispute resolution forums throughout his distinguished career.

Paul is widely recognised in the legal industry, named in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association, and currently serves as a Deputy District Judge.
